C is used to remind of cost-efficiency. It is another very important virtue for us to pursue, without which sustainability is threatened, however good our other attributes are.

Dictionary.com explained efficient as performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort; having and used requisite knowledge, skill, and industry; competent; capable.

Under principles of professional ethics, we deliver the best to our clients, and use resources appropriately & sensibly.  Resources in our custody are used in cost-effectively, and wastage is a sin.  The most important resource and expenditure is human resource, and particular attention is necessary. At relatively early stages of development in an institute, when reputation is still under development, heavy investment in service is necessary, with associated high costs.  When doctors and nurses have relatively short duration in private practice, they are associated with heavy demand to support teams.  As the organization matures, hopefully towards client acceptability, cost-efficiency would automatically improve.
