A reliable performer delivers what he promises.  In healthcare, it combines good professional knowledge & skill including continual updates, willingness to face difficulty for sake of clients regardless of conditions being favorable or otherwise.  It does not mean he gives yes to any request.  Usually there is agreement between him and reasonable requests, upon alignment of expectations.

Careful

Before reliability or otherwise may be assessed, we may begin with a fundamental starting point which even grandmas teach: be careful.  It begins with attention to details, and spans to avoidance of most if not all negative deviations and predisposing factors so related & thus risk management.  When a careful performer is measured, there is only a small spread in outcome.
