Day 4 after Operation
On Friday, I woke up still tired, in relation to the propping up.
I was scheduled to host a visit from hospital officials from another region, and share our experience on hospital management on this day. It was important to the Hospital and also fellowship between regions. I therefore honored the appointment and we had normal intellectual and professional interaction.
Day 5 after Operation
I woke up the day better after sleeping to 8 am. It was an important day because a new partner will commence his practice in our clinic. The recipient site was healthy but hair was still slightly matted together after a night’s pressure with sleep.
Day 6
I woke up about 5 am and balanced that I should do away with propping up. So I removed 2 pillows, the gym mattress and back support which altogether produced the slope of my bed for the past few days. I slept till 8 am afterwards.
I then did something rather brave. I went to the sitting room and stepped on the X-trainer for 20 minutes. I reasoned that it was necessary to take a good bath and hair wash afterwards and then it should be alright.

My X-Trainer at home. My constant advice to people who want to shed weight: exercise till the floor is wet from sweat for 20 minutes each day.
It was how the back of my head looked like after bathing and hair wash myself at home.
Day 6 was Sunday. I attended church as usual, with the only unusual bit being taking a picture with my pastor Rev Peter Shek on the stage after service.

Day 6 attendance to Gateway Bible Baptist Church. Picture taken with Pastor Peter Shek (Stone), in front of our stone wall, behind our stone baptistry (hidden up in the wood stage); in our church in Shek Mun (Stone Wall).
