It is increasingly necessary that doctors interact with the media.

This is powerpoint of a talk Ares Leung delivered in a joint MPS-HKAM symposium in September 2012.  I hope it may help colleagues who embark on this stressful duty.  Do let me know of your opinion and feedback.

After reading the information, healthcare professionals may consider persuading himself to be less stressed even when he is challenged heavily.  Adoption of an appropriate position and normalization to stress levels may help a doctor present himself and/or educate society in a most effective manner.

The doctor may consult an experienced colleague in field of medicine, public relations and administration, or even his friends before over-commitment.
